Additional Fees:
Cleaning Fee: $75 (required for all events if you don't want to worry about clean up)
Administrative Booking Fee: $30 (covers booking, communication & scheduling)
Refundable Damage Deposit: $150
(Refunded if no damage, trash is removed, and all rules are followed)

Alcohol Policy & Guidelines
If alcohol will be served during your reservation, a Virginia ABC One-Day Banquet License may be required. The booking host is responsible for obtaining the appropriate license and submitting a copy to our team at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date. Without a valid license on file, alcohol will not be permitted on the premises.
